Not listed (yet)
- Niche $25,000 No Essay Scholarship: Niche's rules pages block our checker, so we couldn't read the current cycle's official rules (the last cycle we found ended May 31, 2026). Listed again once verified.
- Unigo monthly scholarships: They ask for a short written response, and we haven't confirmed from the official rules how winners are picked. They stay in the main list as regular scholarships.
- Bold.org “Be Bold” no-essay scholarship: Winners are judged on their profile, not picked at random, so it isn't a sweepstakes.
Want better odds?
Merit and need-based awards are judged, so effort counts. Start with no-essay scholarships that aren’t drawings, take the match quiz, or check your local community foundation, where applicant pools are often much smaller.
Frequently asked questions
Are no-essay scholarship drawings legit?
The ones listed here are run by named companies with published official rules that say the winner is picked at random and no purchase is necessary. We link the rules for each. Prizes are typically paid to the winner’s school.
What’s the catch?
The odds are long, because anyone eligible can enter in a minute. Sponsors use them to build their user and marketing lists, so expect emails. Never pay to enter.
Why keep drawings separate from other scholarships?
Because they work differently. Merit and need awards are judged on your application. A drawing is luck. Mixing them makes it hard to plan where your time is best spent.
