FFA high school seniors and collegiate members pursuing agriculture, trades or other careers. Opens Nov 1, 2026.
U.S. citizens who are full-time second-year students in a four-year program (third-year in a five-year program) or community college/transfer students applying to a four-year school, with at least a 3.0 GPA and a declared major supporting NOAA's mission (ocean, environmental, biological and atmospheric sciences, math, engineering, computer science, physical and social sciences, teacher education and more).
Oregon graduating high school seniors; the program supports students who will help grow Oregon agriculture.
